Data collected

This site only collects personal data when you reserve a name: the chosen name, your email address and, if you tick the box provided, your wish to be notified when the game launches.

Use

Your email address is only used to confirm the reservation, to let you cancel it and to link your name to your account when you create it. It is never shared with third parties. If you ticked the box, it is also used to announce the game’s launch.

Retention

A reservation that is not confirmed within 48 hours is deleted. A confirmed reservation is kept until you create your account or until it is cancelled, by you or by us. The email address is erased as soon as the name is claimed or the reservation is cancelled or expires.

Your rights

Data controller: Ludovic Marion (galacticwarsgames@gmail.com).

You can cancel your reservation at any time using the link in the confirmation email. You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
